Plan to join the club on Saturday, April 24 for the first of the longer 2021 tours. We will be heading north and east into the Cascade foothills.
- Date: Saturday April 24, 2021
- Time: Meet about 9:30 AM, short drivers meeting at 9:50 and departure at 10:00 AM SHARP
- Starting Location: Target Store, 9601 Market Place, Lake Stevens. This the Target just east of Highway 9 at a major intersection
- Tour Duration: Approx 125 miles, approx 3 hours 15 minutes including rest stop
The tour will conclude in Arlington and we have the option of having lunch at a nice Pizza & Pasta restaurant. We have previewed the restaurant and can report that we had two good meals. Seating is plentiful plus it has great paved parking.
Restrooms immediately to the left as you enter. If you live north of Lake Stevens, you could wait for us at the Safeway, 50500 Olympic Place, Arlington. Again, Safeway is just to the east of Hwy. We won’t plan to stop at Safeway, but if we know you will be waiting, we will radio you as we near that intersection and you can join the group.
At Arlington, you can join some of us for lunch, get fuel, or simply head home. On our trial run we did find a nice restaurant that had lots of seating and good parking. Hubb’s Pizza & Pasta, 21102 67th Ave NE, Arlington.
